Issey Miyake's Origami Inspired Collection

Issey Miyake’s 132 5 collection was based on the art of origami and the concept of regeneration. The collection consists of garments that unfold from flat, geometric shapes into structural three-dimensional garments. The garments were designed meticulously and with mathematical preciseness, amalgamating the designer’s Japanese heritage and traditions with his fascination for high tech and modern design.
