It’s the beginning of January, and the sales are on. Shop windows show mannequins that wear nothing but plastic banners with “SALE SALE SALE” written on them. Inside, piles of clothing cover tables and shelves, with the only clear and distinctive visual being the big sign with a red number on it: the discount. The clothes, piled up one on top of the other, are presented as cheap and unwanted rags. All the love and care you put in creating those designs seem to be forgotten.
